About Dynamic Kitty Healthy Living

When comes to being healthy, I have a common perspective that everyone is facing an invisible obstacles and walls that stop them from pursuing better and healthier lifestyle. With the expanding of Food & Beverage industry, Malaysia had been a strong target for food businesses from countries all around the world. The sad news? Most of them, I gotta to say, is not considered healthy. And the healthy one is not cheap *sigh*.

At my very first post, I mention that my focus on this blog would be simple and cheap method to achieve healthier life. I'm usually against the commercial healthy products such as healthy supplement and organic food. Why avoiding organic food? Because they are ridiculously expensive! You might or might or afford organic food, but I want something that suitable for most people, and at low cost.

Despite being simple, this does not mean you don't need to exercise at all. In fact, I do extreme exercise once in awhile. And I would encourage you to do so because it has too much of benefits that I can't explain at one full article. Just one thing, since going to gym is something really efficient and I don't see the needs of writing guide about it, my main focus is home exercise that able to achieve weight loss and improvement in overall health.

And in my journal of workout, I believe that our mind is the biggest mastermind to determine our life is healthy or not. Simply put, to eat that fried chicken or not is depending on your own answer of yes or no. There is no actual enemy stopping you from begin healthy, it's just you that need to seek the appropriate method to achieve your desire healthy life.

That's said, I hope I could get more input if my posts are useful and what need to be improved. I hope you could benefit from this blog and have fun in achieving and maintaining your healthy life.
